November 2026 We are looking for a committed and solution-oriented personality as Head of Technical Service due to retirement. In this key position, you will significantly contribute to ensuring that our residents, relatives and employees feel comfortable in a safe and well-maintained environment every day. Your main tasks Management of the Technical Service and planning and organization of personnel and operational processes Responsibility for the safe, economic and sustainable operation of buildings, technical facilities and the entire infrastructure Active participation and assumption of standby services Ensuring fire protection, occupational safety and compliance with legal regulations Coordination of building and environmental maintenance as well as cooperation with external specialist companies What you bring Completed technical or craft basic training Further education in the field of facility management, operational maintenance, janitorial services Several years of professional and leadership experience in a technical environment In-depth knowledge of building technology, building operations, fire protection and occupational safety Good IT skills (MS Office), experience with facility management systems and ideally knowledge of First-Level IT support High service willingness and empathy for our residents What we offer Look forward to a responsible and varied management function with a lot of creative leeway in a meaningful environment.
