That's why we're putting in a lot of effort to make it easy for you to start your professional life. From the introductory week to the final apprenticeship exam: We'll tackle it together!

What you learn and do with us ###

• You spend the first semester (6 months) at ZLI in Zurich to acquire your basic knowledge
• From the second semester onwards, you work actively in the specialist departments at SWICA
• You install and configure ICT user devices and ensure their operation and network infrastructure
• You connect ICT user devices to service services and ensure the security of the devices in operation
• You quickly identify customer needs and process problem statements on the first two customer service levels (First- and Second-Level Support)
• You instruct and support users in handling ICT tools and their standard applications

What you bring with you ###

• You bring good grades from secondary school B or 10th grade (grades 4.5 or higher)
• In the Multicheck ICT Specialist, you achieve at least 50 points
• You are interested in the topics within computer science and have a quick grasp
• You are practically gifted and have technical flair
• You are reliable, friendly, and communicative and enjoy contact with people
• You have a confident and well-groomed appearance and pleasant manners
