These activities will inspire you

• Collaboration in the provision, transport, and return of event and trade fair materials
• Support in warehouse management and the maintenance of event materials as well as the warehouse infrastructure
• Execution of assembly and disassembly work for trade fair and information stands as well as at internal and external events
• Collaboration at various internal and external public events (Open House Day, Rega-Tour, Hangar-Apéro)
• Execution of material transports and other logistical activities according to deployment planning
• Further ad-hoc tasks (creation of packing lists, material control, execution of simple repairs, taking over assigned administrative tasks)

What distinguishes you

• Completed technical or manual training (Event Technician, Carpenter)
• Professional experience and specialist knowledge in the field of trade fair and event construction desirable
• Confident use of MS Office (especially Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Flexibility in everyday work (plannable work assignments including occasional weekend work and travel throughout Switzerland with occasional overnight stays)
• Organizational talent, ability to work in a team, as well as a reliable and independent way of working
• Driver's license category BE
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing are a must
