HR Unit Manager 100%, ON SITE

• Personal and professional leadership as well as development of four HR partners
• Implementation and development of personnel policy at a strategic level as well as project management
• Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle for a department of approximately 200 employees: from recruitment to onboarding and departure
• Thought partner for executives on all topics related to workforce and succession planning, personnel development, disciplinary management, and leadership
• Management of long-term absences and support for employee reintegration
• Active participation in various HR projects as well as the development and optimization of HR processes
• Continuing education in the field of HRM (federal certificate of capacity HR or bachelor's) and at least 5 years of professional experience in an equivalent function, ideally in an industrial environment
• At least 2 years of experience in management
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law
• Proven experience in change management and coaching
• Entrepreneurial, strategic, and connected mindset
• Excellent communication skills, trustworthy and high social competence
• Confident presence, ability to persuade, and team spirit
• Digital affinity and openness to new technologies
• Customer and service-oriented approach as well as a pragmatic and solution-oriented working method
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS 365), SAP knowledge is an asset

Perfect command of German, both spoken and written, is imperative. You also possess excellent knowledge of French.
