Mission
Prepare construction sites (technical visit, access)
Plan construction sites, notably regarding manpower needs and inventory
Organize daily and execute operationally
construction sites by coordinating with the works management
and other companies present
Order and supply construction sites
Implement and monitor
Quality-safety-environment procedures
Ensure financial monitoring, drafting of offers, supplementary offers, measurements of work performed and invoicing
Participate in site meetings
Guarantee good relations with clients and
works management
Ensure good cohesion among site personnel
to achieve yield objectives
You
You justify at least 5 years of experience as a
construction site manager in the field of drilling
(in geothermal or in special works)
Are comfortable in the global management of construction sites and in
the coordination of the different stakeholders
Have a good mastery of monitoring construction costs
(working hours and supplies)
Possess good writing skills and are comfortable
in writing reports and professional documents
Master Microsoft Office tools as well as MS Project
Organized, dynamic, proactive and solution-oriented
Good oral communication and ability to work in a team
