Are you looking for a varied task with field service and direct customer contact? With us, you will take on responsible activities in debt collection: You will serve payment orders, carry out seizures, both at the counter and on-site, and be in exchange with various stakeholders. An exciting role with insight into legal proceedings and versatile assignments.

Your tasks

• Serve customers at the counter, telephone and in the field (debtors, creditors, employers, etc.)
• Create legal orders and calculate the subsistence minimum
• Serve payment orders, announce and execute seizures, on-site as well as at the office premises
• Write settlements and monitor incoming payments

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
• Confident and proficient in the German language (oral and written)
• Independent and responsible personality with organizational talent
• Confident appearance and good ability to assert oneself
• Driver's license including car for field service assignments
• Flawless reputation (no debt collection proceedings)
