Your tasks:

In this versatile role, you combine teaching, research, and practice. You design training offers, advance research projects, and bring your expertise to current issues surrounding organization and leadership.

• Design and implementation of courses in initial and continuing education programs on the themes of organization, change, leadership, and HR leadership
• Supervision of projects, bachelor's and master's theses
• Participation in the marketing and development of continuing education offers
• Acquisition, direction, and implementation of research and practical projects
• Publication of research results in specialized journals, research reports, congress contributions, and case studies
• Active participation in the transfer of knowledge between the university, the economy, and society

Your profile:

You possess in-depth knowledge in the field of organization and leadership and are passionate about effectively implementing your knowledge in teaching, research, and practice.

• University degree (Master) in business administration, management sciences, organizational psychology, social sciences, or a related discipline
• Completed or near-completion Doctorate (PhD)
• Proven practical experience and in-depth expertise in the areas of strategic HR, leadership, organization and change, or applied AI
• Experience in university teaching as well as pleasure in working with students and continuing education participants
• Demonstrated success in the acquisition, funding, and implementation of research or practical projects
• Convincing presentation, developed communication skills, as well as excellent knowledge of German and English
