We specialize in the processing and refinement of nuts and supply industry, retail, wholesale, trade, and gastronomy domestically and abroad. As a modern semi-finished product manufacturer, we create the basis for excellent end products - from chocolate and muesli to bars and pralines. To strengthen our team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, an

ICT Supporter & Project Manager Digitalization

You are the first point of contact for our employees for IT questions and at the same time actively help shape the digital further development of Patiswiss. You solve everyday problems pragmatically, bring structure to our system landscape, and implement exciting IT and digitalization projects together with internal and external partners.

Your area of responsibility:

• You support our employees in first-level support regarding Microsoft 365, workstations, standard applications, printers, telephony, and peripheral devices
• You analyze and prioritize malfunctions and, if necessary, coordinate the cooperation between internal departments and our external IT and application partners
• You manage users, permissions, and devices and keep an eye on hardware, software, licenses, subscriptions, access, and IT documentation
• You lead selected IT and digitalization projects, in particular Patiswiss OS, the digital process landscape, DMS, as well as the further use of Microsoft products
• You identify business needs, develop implementable solutions from them, and accompany tests, rollouts, and training

What you bring with you:

• Training in the ICT environment or a comparable qualification with corresponding practical experience
• Experience in IT support and in a Microsoft environment
• Good understanding of clients, networks, permissions, and IT security
• Experience in leading or coordinating IT or digitalization projects
• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as enjoyment in conveying technical topics in an understandable manner
