ICT System Engineer (DevSecOps)

Bern (and Homeoffice) | 80-100% (job sharing possible) Your contribution • Ensure the onboarding of new systems/applications into PAM • Create and manage safes as well as develop and automate PAM integrations for systems and applications (permissions, safe memberships according to Least Privilege and SoD, connectors, password rotation) • Process complex access and exception cases in PAM (e.g., Breakglass, escalations, root-cause analyses) and coordinate with operations, security, and application owners • Plan and carry out periodic reviews/re-certifications of safe permissions • Create and maintain runbooks, standards, and control evidence; active support during audits and security reviews • Enablement/coaching of stakeholders (operations teams, application owners) and know-how transfer within the team <br /> What makes you unique • Engineer FH/Bachelor in the field of computer science and telecommunications or equivalent training • Several years of practical experience in the area of IAM (Identity & Access Management) / PAM (Privileged Access Management) with responsibility for governance and operations in critical environments • Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner, reach decisions, and support and manage stakeholders • Good understanding of AD/LDAP as well as Windows/Linux (Red Hat) including understanding of group structures/tiering in the context of privileged access • Experience in the administration of CyberArk (operations/error analysis) or willingness to undergo corresponding training/certification • High integrity and diligence in handling highly sensitive secrets and administrative special rights <br /> In a nutshell With us, you will work on platforms that are not only technically exciting but also meet the highest security requirements in a military environment -- ideal if you want to take on responsibility and grow as an engineer.
