What you will be doing with us • You support the department management of internal medicine in operational, organizational, economic and qualitative management • You take over the management of the secretariat/administration and develop the team and processes in a targeted manner • You create transparency about performance, quality and financial figures and derive well-founded decision-making bases from them • You are responsible for controlling, analyses as well as the implementation and monitoring of measures • You actively drive process and organizational developments and lead or accompany cross-departmental projects • You work closely with internal interfaces and actively contribute to the DIM management team You will inspire us - • with training in the field of healthcare, business administration or organization and solid practical experience • with experience in the healthcare sector (ideally hospital) and initial management responsibility • with entrepreneurial thinking and secure handling of key figures and controlling instruments • with a structured, solution-oriented approach and high personal responsibility • with communication strength and a confident demeanor in an interprofessional environment • with affinity for digital processes as well as interest in quality and change topics About us Klinik Barmelweid offers its approximately 750 employees a diverse work environment with attractive employment conditions and an open corporate culture.
