For our production site in Mitlödi, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality to support our maintenance team in the planning, coordination, and administrative processing of maintenance and calibrations.

In this versatile role, you will work closely with internal specialist departments and external service providers and make an important contribution to the availability and reliability of our production facilities.

Your tasks – here you can make a difference

• Maintenance coordination: You plan and coordinate external maintenance assignments, obtain the necessary services, trigger orders, and keep an eye on deadlines and costs.
• Calibrations: You organize external device calibrations, coordinate shipping and return delivery, and ensure complete documentation.
• Technical administration: You check maintenance documents and feedback, maintain the corresponding records, and ensure the correct completion of maintenance orders in SAP.
• Deadline monitoring: You track maintenance dates, recognize delays early, and coordinate the necessary alignments.
• Spare parts management: You support the procurement and administration of spare parts as well as, if required, the management of inventory.
• Training coordination: You organize external training sessions and ensure that dates, participation, and records are documented.

Your profile – what you bring with you

• Completed vocational training, ideally in a technical or commercial field
• Good technical understanding and interest in industrial plants and maintenance processes
• Strong organizational talent as well as an independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment in collaborating with different specialist departments and external service providers
• Confident handling of MS Office; experience with SAP or comparable ERP/maintenance systems is an advantage
• Ideally experience in technical administration, maintenance planning, spare parts procurement, or inventory management
• Knowledge in a GMP-regulated environment is a plus, but not a requirement
• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
