On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an accountant (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will take charge of the monthly and annual closings of the various entities and participate in the preparation of consolidated accounts.
• You will also perform work related to inventories.
• You will analyze and justify the various operating accounts and ensure the processing of adjusting entries, accruals, as well as depreciation, notably related to equipment and leasing contracts.
• You will also account for general expenses, salaries, and social security contributions.
• You will ensure the financial monitoring of the various structures and supervise liquidity management.
• You will regularly establish the cash position and perform monitoring of bank accounts. You will prepare and execute payments while controlling the various bank fees.
• You will also participate in the preparation of quarterly budgets and ensure their monitoring.
• You will prepare VAT returns as well as the various elements necessary for the preparation of tax accounts.
• You will ensure compliance with the various deadlines and legal and tax obligations and establish monthly data relating to turnover.
• You will ensure the accounting and monitoring of accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash movements, as well as various transfers.
• You will process supplier invoices and those related to partners, equipment, and leasing contracts.
• You will also take charge of accounting operations relating to goods transfers, various points of sale, as well as real estate.
• You will ensure the monitoring of customer accounts, reminders, and any litigation files. In the event of non-payment or bankruptcy of a customer, you will carry out the necessary steps for the recovery of claims.
• You will also respond to customer requests concerning their accounting situation and establish credit notes when necessary.
• You will constantly ensure the quality and reliability of accounting data as well as compliance with internal procedures.

Your profile:

• You have solid experience in general accounting and master the various steps related to monthly and annual closings.
• You work with rigor and precision and guarantee the reliability as well as the accuracy of the accounts and closings.
• You master accounting, legal, and tax obligations, particularly regarding VAT, closings, and budgets, and ensure compliance with various deadlines.
• You have good knowledge of treasury and liquidity management and are comfortable with the monitoring of banking and financial operations.
• You ensure rigorous monitoring of debtors, reminders, and recovery files, with the objective of limiting payment delays and litigation situations.
• You master budget monitoring and are able to analyze financial data in order to identify variances and provide reliable information to support decision-making.
• You are comfortable with IT tools and accounting software and adapt quickly to internal processes and working methods.
• Your sense of responsibility, your discretion, and your ability to communicate clearly and professionally with various internal and external interlocutors complete your profile.
• You are organized, autonomous, and methodical; you know how to manage priorities and respect deadlines, including during closing periods.
