Customer Service & Sales Employee (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated, communicative and sales-oriented personality who actively supports our existing customers and further expands our customer relationships.

Your tasks:
Active telephone support of our existing customers
Regular contact with customers and maintenance of long-term customer relationships
Recognition of customer needs and suitable sales opportunities
Active sale of our products and services on the telephone
Advising customers and creation or follow-up of offers
Recovery and reactivation of existing customers
Occasional personal visits to customers on-site
Close cooperation with the internal team
Documentation and follow-up of customer contacts

Sales talent and a convincing, sympathetic manner
Very good communication skills on the telephone
Independent, reliable and goal-oriented way of working
Joy in maintaining and further developing existing customer relationships
Willingness to visit customers personally if required
Experience in sales or in customer service is an advantage
Good German skills in spoken and written form
Driver's license category B is an advantage
