We are looking for a personality who enriches school social work with enthusiasm and expertise. Actively shape a supportive environment for our students and become part of an inspiring team. We are six school social workers and serve with our range of services 4 school units and 22 kindergartens with around 2-230 primary school students in the city of Bülach. The contracting municipality Höri receives our services via the Primarschule Bülach. For the position in Höri (300 students), we are looking to complement our team, effective immediately or by arrangement, for a School Social Worker 60% ## Your tasks ### • Contact point and counseling for students, school staff, and parents • Development of targeted measures on the topic of child protection, violence, discrimination, etc. • Individual case assistance and conflict/crisis interventions • Group and class interventions • Prevention and project work • Networking work with local specialist agencies You can expect ### • versatile, independent activity and an appreciative corporate culture • intervision and cooperation in the team • varied working environment, which can be co-designed within the framework of the concept • own office for the SSA in the Schule Höri • attractive employment conditions and versatile fringe benefits Your profile ### • completed training in social work/social pedagogy FH or HF • further education in the areas of school social work and counseling • competence in the development and implementation of projects • independent, open, proactive, and communicative personality with humor • interest in working with parents, various specialists, as well as authorities • During school time, a slightly increased workload must be performed (compensation during school holidays) Interested?
