The retirement home Humanitas AG in Riehen offers a secure home to elderly people living with dementia and suffering from multimorbidity. Based on our understanding of care, we ensure professional care. Do you wish not only to care, but also to actively participate in design? To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated HF nursing professional who wishes to invest themselves and develop specifically in the areas of vocational training, quality, or a specialty, in addition to direct care.

YOUR MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES ##

• Holistic care and support: Ensuring individual, needs-adapted, and high-quality care for our residents.
• Vocational training development focus (optional): Active guidance, support, and promotion of our apprentices and students in the learning station.
• Quality development focus (optional): Participation in the development and verification of care processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Specialization development focus (optional): Contribution of specialized knowledge (e.g., dementia, palliative care, wound management) and professional development of the team.
• Care process & RAI-NH: Rigorous management of the care process, recording according to RAI-NH as well as complete documentation of care.
• Interdisciplinary exchange: Contact person and interface for residents, relatives, teams, doctors, and internal partners.

Professional requirements ###

• Registered Nurse (HF/FH).
• Interest or experience in vocational training, quality, or specialization.
• In-depth knowledge of the RAI-NH classification system.
• Knowledge in gerontopsychiatry (dementia) is an asset.
• Experience in care processes, quality & IT.
