Strengthen our legal department as: Legal Counsel m/f (100%) Job description As a member of the Swatch Group legal department, you will handle the legal affairs of some of our brand companies and Group subsidiaries abroad. In this position, you will advise the various departments of the companies on a daily basis, from production and marketing to sales, as well as after-sales service, human resources, procurement, finance, and IT, on a wide variety of legal issues. You will contribute to realizing large international projects, whether it be the introduction of new products, the development of online sales, or new IT solutions. You advise and support our brand companies and our Group subsidiaries abroad on matters relating to their distribution network, including from the perspective of competition law, and prepare the related contracts. You examine intellectual property law issues relating to watch design and advertising campaigns and draft various contracts. You handle labor law issues and negotiate lease contracts for boutiques in Switzerland. You manage potential legal proceedings yourself or in collaboration with external lawyers. You ensure compliance with Group guidelines in the various areas of activity. Finally, you exchange with your colleagues in the Group's subsidiaries abroad to coordinate the legal aspects of large projects. In general, you use your excellent legal knowledge and experience to effectively examine, analyze, draft, and negotiate contracts in a wide range of legal areas, independently develop proposed solutions, and correctly evaluate the legal and economic consequences. You play an important role within a team of motivated and talented legal experts. Profile You know Swiss law very well and hold a lawyer's patent or another equivalent qualification and possess several years of professional experience in a company or in a commercial law firm. Professional requirements You are familiar with large-scale international commercial projects and feel comfortable negotiating complex contracts with interlocutors abroad. Languages Native French or German speaker with very good knowledge of the other language, you are used to working in French, English, and German.
