We are a small Kita with max. 12 childcare places per day.  Can you contribute to childcare processes with much warmth and creative ideas and possess a positive basic attitude of non-violent communication?  Then we look forward to getting to know you. We are a certified Qualikita, where children are cared for in a mixed-age group from four months until entering kindergarten. At the further location Schänis, we also operate another Kita with 2 groups. The Kita Gwunderland is also a recognized training company. We attach great importance to a person-centered approach with the children, which is reflected in the implementation of Qualikita as well as the positive conversational culture with the children. We expect: - Completed training as a toddler educator, FabeK, educator or equivalent recognized training - You speak German and/or Swiss German - You have professional experience with children aged 4 months to 5 years.
