What you bring:

• At least a 3-year completed vocational training and a recognized further education (preferably as HR-Fachfrau/-Fachmann or interest in completing this further education)
• Willingness to perform, resilience, as well as a results-oriented and assertive personality
• Professional experience in customer consulting, placement, sales, personnel management, or HR work paired with a good portion of life experience
• Strong sense of responsibility and high service orientation
• Efficient and proficient handling of IT tools, administrative routine, and stylish German language skills

Your working environment

At the Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit, we implement federal laws such as the Arbeitslosenversicherungsgesetz (AVIG), the Arbeitsvermittlungsgesetz (AVG), and the Arbeitsrecht (ArG). The main tasks consist of advising and placing job seekers, paying unemployment benefits to entitled persons, and supervising industry and trade regarding occupational safety and health protection.
