As part of our support team, you will support our customers in their daily use of Abacus. You analyze questions, find pragmatic solutions and accompany users in the optimal use of their Abacus solution.

Abacus Consultant Support (a)

Your tasks

• Processing of support requests via telephone, e-mail and ticket system
• Analysis and resolution of user cases in Abacus
• Advising and supporting customers with specialist and technical questions
• Documentation of solutions and maintenance of the knowledge base
• Cooperation with consultants, project managers and software manufacturers

Your profile

• Commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in ERP support, consulting or in process consulting; experience with Abacus is an advantage
• Affinity for IT as well as confident handling of Microsoft 365
• Proficient German skills as well as good French skills
• Strong service orientation, enjoyment of customer contact and analytical-structured way of working
• Independent, reliable and team-oriented personality with proactive and solution-oriented action
