(Direct permanent employment) Maurer-Vorarbeiter 100% Tasks: • Independent management and coordination of construction sites • Management of construction site personnel • Ensuring quality and deadline compliance • Organization of work steps with the site manager • Work preparation and professional organization of construction sites • Material management • Responsibility for occupational safety and health protection on the construction site • Reporting and documentation Requirements: • Completed training as a Maurer EFZ with further training as a foreman • Several years of professional experience in high-rise construction • In-depth specialist knowledge in the execution and organization of construction projects • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Distinct organizational talent and high coordination ability • Assertive, responsible personality • Team-oriented, reliable and resilient • Driver's license category B and BE
