Exciting and versatile leadership task with heart Kinderheim Titlisblick houses children from social emergencies. The children are between 0 - 7 years old. Kinderheim Titlisblick is open 365 days and nights a year and offers space in an emergency reception unit and three residential groups for a total of 27 children. For a residential group with 7 places, we are looking for, as of 1 April 2027 or by arrangement, a Group Leader 90% ## You will take over approximately 80% leadership and 10% care tasks. In doing so, you will design a stable, supportive everyday life for the children together with your team and further develop the residential group professionally and organizationally. What awaits you • You lead a team of around 16 employees, create the work planning, and take over administrative tasks. • You implement the pedagogical concept and actively help develop it within the residential group and the house. • You work closely with the home management, the internal social work, and the other department heads and are a member of the management team. • You build supportive contacts with parents and referring agencies and take into account the diverse needs of the children and their caregivers. • You participate in the care and support of the children. What you bring with you • Degree in social pedagogy or an equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in the inpatient child or youth sector • Ideally experience in a leadership function • You have completed leadership training or are willing to attend such. • Socially competent, flexible, resilient, and humorous personality • Good organizational and administrative skills • Willingness to work with the video-based Marte Meo method and to undergo further training in it What you can look forward to • An exciting and versatile leadership task with a direct connection to the development and promotion of children. • A motivated team • Internal and external training opportunities as well as supervision • The employment conditions are based on the cantonal regulations We look forward to meeting you.
