We are looking for a dedicated, motivated individual as: Kids Club Attendant (w/m/d)

Your profile

• Previous experience working with children, ideally in a kindergarten, childcare centre, school, holiday programme, or hospitality environment
• Good understanding of children’s individual needs and abilities, with experience planning and conducting age-appropriate learning, play, and recreational activities
• Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are considered an advantage
• Valid First Aid certification for children or willingness to obtain one
• Creative and versatile personality with a passion for outdoor activities, sports, arts, music, and other recreational activities
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high sense of responsibility, combined with a warm, patient, reliable, and service-oriented personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and during peak seasons; experience in an international or luxury hospitality environment is an advantage

Your role

• Provide attentive and responsible supervision of children aged 4 to 12, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and comfort at all times
• Plan and conduct a variety of engaging, age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities, including games, arts and crafts, sports, and seasonal programmes
• Encourage creativity, learning, and social interaction through fun and educational activities
• Organise themed events and special activities for children during holidays and special occasions
• Build warm and professional relationships with children and their families while handling guest requests in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented Kids Club environment and ensure that all toys, equipment, and materials are safe and well maintained
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures and ensure accurate completion of attendance, activity, and incident records
