Mandate Manager Fiduciary with an interest in IT

For a modern, digitized and established consulting company in the Zug region, we are looking for an experienced personality who wants to use their expertise in a targeted manner and at the same time take the next step in their development.

Your tasks

• You independently manage a versatile, exciting portfolio of national and international fiduciary mandates, using modern digital tools in a targeted manner and contributing to making processes efficient and future-oriented
• You are responsible for financial and payroll accounting and accompany your mandates holistically
• You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including meaningful reporting
• As a direct contact person, you advise your customers on technical questions and develop suitable solutions together
• You maintain existing customer relationships and contribute to long-term customer loyalty through your professional advice
• With your experience, you provide advisory support to employees on demanding technical topics and actively share your knowledge
• You participate in projects
• You take over internal IT responsibility and continuously optimize processes

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
• Enjoyment of demanding customer consulting and direct customer contact
• A completed higher professional education, for example as a dipl. Treuhandexperte/in, dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer/in or dipl. Experte/in in Rechnungslegung und Controlling
• Strong interest in modern, digital ways of working
• Confident handling of Abacus and MS Office
• Proficient German as well as good English skills
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high awareness of quality
• Enjoyment of taking on responsibility and passing on knowledge within the team
