To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic personality as Team Leader Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d) at the Regensdorf location, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: * Technical and personnel leadership of the Mechanical Engineering team * Planning, coordination and monitoring of design and development projects regarding quality, costs and deadlines * Responsibility for the development, design and optimization of machines, assemblies and systems * Close cooperation with project management, purchasing, production, assembly, service and sales * Responsibility for compliance with relevant standards, guidelines and customer requirements * Conducting employee appraisals as well as promoting the professional and personal development of employees * Development and design of parts and components in the field of electric machine construction and large gears * Design and calculation of mechanical parts and components * Development of concepts and calculations for inquiries and tenders * Preparation of technical documentation Our requirements for you: * BSc in Mechanical Engineering (ETH / FH) or comparable training * A successfully completed basic training in a technical profession is desirable * Enjoyment of leading and developing your team * Proficient use of 3D CAD programs, preferably Autodesk Inventor 2023 * Preferably experience in the field of electric drives, motors, generators, repair and maintenance tasks * Ability to implement strategic goals into operational measures * Strong understanding of the interfaces between engineering, purchasing, production, assembly and service What we offer you: * A very varied area of responsibility * Great autonomy * A team of motivated colleagues * Opportunities for further training * Modern workplace * Free parking Your perspectives: You have the opportunity to take on a wide range of tasks with great freedom of design as a competent contact person.
