Facade Cleaner / Specialist Cleaner (PSAgA / IPAF)

fassadenmax GmbH specializes in professional facade and specialist cleaning. We work with state-of-the-art technology (drone, water-carrying telescopic systems, aerial work platforms, fall arrest systems) and rely uncompromisingly on quality and safety.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable specialist with experience on facades and at heights. It is a temporary position for 3 months, 100% workload.

Your tasks:

• Cleaning of facades (HPL, aluminum, metal, plaster, glass)
• Working with water-carrying telescopic systems
• Operations with aerial work platforms (IPAF)
• Working on roofs with personal protective equipment against falls (PSAgA)
• Participation in drone operations (2-person principle)
• Cleaning of photovoltaic and solar systems
• Assembly and use of fall arrest and securing systems
• Careful handling of machines, chemicals, and safety material
• Compliance with SUVA, safety, and environmental regulations
• Reporting and photo documentation of the work

The following qualifications are mandatory:

• Training/experience as a specialist cleaner or painter/plasterer (or equivalent experience on facades, important due to understanding of facades and clean execution)
• Physically resilient and free from vertigo
• Experience in working at heights (facade, roof, platform)
• Driving license Cat. B mandatory
• Good German skills (understanding safety instructions plus dealing with customers)
• High sense of responsibility and safety awareness
• Reliable, clean, and structured way of working

Advantageous:

• PSAgA training
• IPAF aerial work platform course (Category 3a / 3b)
• Driving license BE (trailer)
• Technical understanding and interest in modern equipment
• Experience with photovoltaic or roof cleaning

What we are not looking for / Safety is non-negotiable with us. Therefore, we expressly are not looking for people who:

• Have a fear of heights or are insecure at heights
• Work in an unfocused / untidy manner
• Disregard safety rules
• Bring an "I'll just try it" mentality when dealing with risks
