Then you fit perfectly with us!   For Tertianum Etzelblick in Richterswil in the Zurich region, we are looking for a   Cook EFZ 90-100% from 01 July or by agreement   Your tasks • Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all types of food according to the menu plan and special requests • Responsible for regeneration, completion and commissioning of food • Jointly responsible for efficient inventory management • Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines • Material and professional organization of work within the kitchen service • Joint responsibility for controlling management and quality management • Co-responsible for the supervision of trainees   Your profile • Training as a cook EFZ with professional experience • Experience in the area of warm and cold cuisine, completion/regeneration and commissioning of food • Professional and independent working attitude • Flair for arranging and decorating food • Willingness to work at events • Knowledge of system gastronomy and à la carte kitchen • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of diverse challenges • Good knowledge of German, spoken and written   Why Tertianum?
