Your tasks as

Customer Care Specialist 60% (m/f/d)

In your role as Customer Care Specialist, you ensure competent and service-oriented support for our customers. You process and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via various communication channels and also take over forwarded customer cases from other CWS departments. Additionally, you are responsible for the maintenance, expansion, and cleaning of customer and contract data in our ERP systems.

Your role with us as Customer Care Specialist

• You are the contact person for customers and find customer-oriented solutions for orders, complaints, cancellations, returns, or contract changes
• You ensure efficient and reliable processing of incoming orders, contract administration, and invoicing, as well as other administrative processes in our CWS ERP systems
• In close cooperation with your colleagues as well as the Service, Sales, and Finance departments, you find timely and customer-oriented solutions
• You conduct regular Top Calls as well as targeted follow-up conversations with customers, especially after complaint cases, to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainably strengthen customer loyalty
• With your continuous feedback, you contribute actively to increasing customer satisfaction and to the further development of our tools and processes

• You have a commercial basic education or a comparable training and ideally bring experience in customer dialogue and customer service
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as Salesforce or D365 is a great advantage. You have a strong administrative understanding and work carefully and reliably even with diverse tasks
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and use them confidently in everyday work
• With your "can-do" mentality, you approach tasks proactively, think in a customer-oriented manner, and find solution-oriented ways even when faced with challenges
• You work reliably, in a structured, independent, and goal-oriented manner, while simultaneously bringing initiative, flexibility, and team spirit
• You have very good German language skills in speaking and writing, as well as good knowledge of French; good English skills round off your profile
