To strengthen our team in Italian Switzerland based in Lugano, we are looking for Consultants - Psychologists Your duties Manage mandates in the areas of analysis (audit, appraisals and expertise) and consulting Offer contributions to the entirety of our interventions Participate in personnel selection processes and/or competence development (individual and group assessments) Accompany people experiencing professional problems and/or particular life phases (professional assessments, outplacement and coaching) Animate team building activities and awareness and training interventions on emerging themes connected to the services offered by our company. Your profile You possess a university degree in work psychology or an equivalent training and share the values promoted by our company. You have gained several years of experience in the psychology sector and feel comfortable in accompanying people going through difficult situations or periods of change. You possess excellent editorial skills in the Italian language and proven synthesis abilities. Relational qualities, flexibility, adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit are recognized in you You are available for an annualized planning of working time and to travel within Italian Switzerland. The knowledge of a second national language or English constitutes a preferential qualification.
