Tasks:

• Independent operation and monitoring of the SMD production systems
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Carrying out minor repair and maintenance work
• Support during machine changeovers and production setups
• Participation in increasing quality and production efficiency

Requirements:

• Completed technical training or practical experience in a comparable position
• Several years of practical experience in the SMD field
• Proficient in hand soldering (IPC-A-610)
• Independent, careful, and reliable way of working
• Good teamwork and communication skills as well as a strong understanding of quality
• Readiness for two-shift work
