What awaits you

As a Junior IT Consultant, you take on responsibilities at APP from the very beginning. You carry out analyses and support project managers in the development of IT requirements and the creation of solution proposals. As a team, you develop concepts and define process and IT requirements. Once the adequate solution is found, you participate in the design and architecture and accompany our clients until successful implementation.

Step by step, you assume more responsibility, up to complete work packages or co-direction of a project. As a person with entrepreneurial thinking and action, you create lasting contacts and continuously expand your network. Furthermore, you have the possibility to contribute actively to APP as a co-entrepreneur and to significantly shape our future.

What we expect

• University degree in business informatics, informatics or engineering
• Initial experience in IT project management, test management, requirements engineering or business analysis
• Knowledge in one or more areas such as IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT security, DevOps, software development
• Preferably experience in public administration, justice, the financial sector or healthcare
• Ability to assimilate quickly, pronounced analytical thinking as well as a creative and pragmatic approach
• Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented way of working, combined with the joy of collaborating in a team
• Open and communicative personality with a talent and pleasure for establishing relationships of trust
• Excellent mastery of written and presentation skills in German. Very good knowledge of English and French is a plus
• Flexibility regarding travel in German-speaking Switzerland
