Häusermann + Partner is specialized in services in legal advice and notary services. Since our founding in 1982, we have grown steadily and today employ around 95 employees at currently five locations in the Canton of Bern.

For our location in Fraubrunnen, we are looking for you, to complement our team, immediately or by arrangement as

Notary Clerk (f/m/d) 50%-100%

These tasks await you:

• Independent management of dossiers from A – Z
• Processing and handling of notary deeds and contracts, particularly in the areas of property law, commercial law and inheritance law
• Ensuring correct and timely entries in the land register / commercial register
• Competent advice and accompaniment of our clientele
• Contact person for notaries, authorities and banks

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial basic training, with several years of experience in the notary field
• Precise, independent and responsible way of working
• Confident German in spoken and written form, other languages an advantage
• Service-oriented, team player and open personality
