In order to strengthen the team of the Fruit and Vegetable sector of our MATRAN market, we are looking for, for an immediate start, a Fruit and Vegetable Sector Manager M/F 100% Your responsibilities: Guarantee a warm welcome and develop contact with customers; respond to the needs of the customer and provide them with professional advice Daily control the quality and freshness of products, sales and consumption dates as well as HACCP standards (cold chain, DLV, freshness, hygiene, cleanliness) Lead and animate a team of 5 employees Manage all activities of the Fruit and Vegetable sector Ensure permanent monitoring of processes as well as product quality. Act in partnership with other members of management Follow and highlight market products according to the seasons (harmonization of colors, shapes, etc.) Your profile: You benefit from a CFC as a commerce manager or a title deemed equivalent, your experience in a similar position makes you a true professional in all aspects of your job. As a team manager, you are able to manage and unite a team. Through your anticipation and your rigor, you provide solutions to needs and meet customer expectations. You are a dynamic and well-organized personality, resistant to pressure and results-oriented. In addition, you master German and usual IT tools. Your good knowledge of the economic fabric of the region is a plus.
