In our boarding school, you will accompany adolescents with special needs in a youth residential group through their daily lives. Together with your team, you will promote their development, help shape daily group life, and work closely with parents, school, and therapeutic specialist centers.

Your tasks

• With your empathetic nature, you accompany the adolescents and promote their individual development.
• As a reliable reference person, you provide the young people with orientation and build sustainable relationships.
• You take responsibility for the planning and design of a varied daily group life, from daily and weekly routines to leisure and holiday activities.
• You participate in the support planning according to ICF as well as in the implementation and further development of individual support measures.
• You support the residential group in administrative tasks as well as in the shared household.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a Social Worker, Specialist in Care, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you bring the diploma as a Berufsbildner/in or Praxisausbildner/in or are interested in completing this with our support.
• You are prepared to take on irregular working hours as well as shifts on weekends and during school holidays.
• Your strength lies in building trusting relationships and responding individually to people.
• Even in challenging situations, you act in a solution-oriented manner and keep a cool head.
