In the Projekt-Werkstatt, everything revolves around the bicycle and the person. The bicycle offers various areas of activity in which program participants can acquire skills in a market-oriented environment thanks to our customers. Since 1994, we have been offering programs for labor market integration.

Requirements Profile

For this versatile and development-oriented function, we are looking as of 1 June 2027 or by arrangement for a committed personality who combines entrepreneurial thinking with social commitment and an affinity for bicycle culture and enjoys further developing an established social organization together with the employees and participants of the deployment programs.

Professional Requirements

• Completed vocational training
• Good basic commercial and business administration knowledge as well as a good understanding of numbers and operational contexts
• Several years of leadership experience, preferably in a social organization
• Professional experience in the social sector and/or in labor market integration
• Basic mechanical knowledge of bicycles and a high motivation to learn more about bicycle mechanics

• Appreciative, resource-oriented and service-oriented attitude
• Joy in networking, in acquisition and in building sustainable relationships with authorities and other stakeholders
• Ability to combine diverse tasks, interests and requirements and to maintain an overview
