As a full-time caretaker at Migros-Pensionskasse, you have a responsible task where you can demonstrate your strengths such as independence, organizational talent, and flexibility every day. You are responsible for the care of a large residential complex in the Stadt Zürich (Kreis 4). What you move * First contact person for our tenants * Assistance with the re-letting of rental properties (showing apartments, etc.) as well as independently performing apartment acceptances and handovers (electronically with iPad) * Carrying out smaller repair work as well as issuing, coordinating, and monitoring orders to craftsmen * Care of technical systems (heating/ventilation, etc.) * Maintaining the surroundings (bed maintenance, trimming hedges, etc.) * Monitoring the stairwell cleaning, which is carried out by external partners * Checking invoices for correctness and completeness and signing them (electronically) What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) * Specialization: Facility management or technical/craft profession * Professional experience: At least 5 years in caretaker services * Experience as a caretaker of residential properties * Good manners, service-oriented and communicative personality with pleasure in contact with tenants and craftsmen * Experience in using iPad, IT user knowledge * Driver's license Cat.
