In several residential groups, residents are supported according to their needs and encouraged in their self-determination as well as personal development. For the management of a residential area, we are looking for an engaged personality or an established duo as a team leader, starting immediately or by arrangement. The position can be taken on either as an individual responsibility or in a co-leadership model. The institution shows itself open to different profiles and offers the possibility to shape the function together appropriately depending on experience and competencies. Requirement Profile ## • Completed training as FaGe, FaBe, dipl.
