Managing Director: 80-100% Your field of action • You will take over the management of Naturpark Gantrisch and the leadership of institutional development and association management of the Förderverein as the sponsoring organization of the nature park. You will lead the office of Naturpark Gantrisch at Schloss Schwarzenburg with around 18 employees • You will be primarily responsible for the implementation and further development of the strategy based on the management plan and the existing 4-year program • You will have primary responsibility for acquiring third-party funds and project acquisition in close cooperation with the department and focus area heads • You will lead the cooperation with the 19 park municipalities, the Förderverein, the cantonal specialist offices, the federal government, and other important partners • You will take over communication and networking with partner organizations, associations, and specialist organizations within and outside the park • You will represent Naturpark Gantrisch in committees and partner organizations in the region Your profile • You have a completed university or college degree in geography, agronomy, biology, or business administration and have several years of professional experience with leadership and budget responsibility • You know the Gantrisch region and can identify with the values of Naturpark Gantrisch. It is an advantage if you are already networked in the region and are willing to engage for the well-being of our region • You have knowledge of sustainable development and regional development • You have experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and in dealing with different population groups and interest groups, especially with political leaders.
