Your responsibilities
In close collaboration with the owners and benefiting from real autonomy of action, you will assume the general management of IT Advanced Consulting and actively contribute to its next phase of development. You will steer the activity with both a strategic and operational vision, ensuring the sustainable strengthening of the organization's performance. With the help of the teams in place, you will define priorities, allocate resources, and ensure the efficient execution of actions. Attentive to continuous improvement, you will identify new development paths, optimize operating methods, and evolve the organization with pragmatism. Very present with clients and the market, you will strengthen existing relationships and participate in the conquest of new opportunities. You will also ensure the profitability of activities, the steering of performance, as well as compliance with quality and conformity requirements. Guarantor of the quality of services, you will preserve the assets that have made the company a success while breathing in a new momentum.

You benefit from confirmed experience in the management of a service activity, ideally in the universe of technology, consulting, or specialized recruitment.
