Do you work precisely and want to make a difference in purchasing? At a growing production company, your focus will be around 60 to 70% on operational purchasing. Depending on your experience, you will directly take on strategic tasks or grow into them step by step. This allows you to contribute your knowledge and learn new things.

Area of responsibility

• You plan the material requirements, check inventory levels and place orders appropriate to the production requirements.
• You keep an eye on delivery dates, clarify deviations and coordinate with suppliers and internal contact persons.
• You maintain article and supplier data in the ERP and participate in improvements to the purchasing processes.
• You compare sources of supply, support negotiations and purchasing projects and, depending on experience, increasingly take on strategic tasks.
• You support administrative work and manage the telephone switchboard

Requirement profile

• You have a commercial basic training with further training in purchasing or supply chain management or food technology HF, engineer FH, BSc food technology / -sciences
• You bring experience in purchasing, work accurately and structured and maintain an overview even with multiple open tasks.
• You have a good understanding of numbers, recognize connections and think proactively.
• You communicate proficiently in German and English and appear binding in contact with suppliers.
• You pitch in as part of a team, appreciate versatile tasks and want to develop yourself in strategic purchasing.
