What you move Ensuring the greatest possible technical availability of production systems and infrastructure while observing legal, safety-technical, hygienic, and economic aspects Planning, preparation, coordination, monitoring, and follow-up of reactive MH (troubleshooting telephone/immediate orders) as well as preventive MH Creation and optimization of maintenance plans and their seamless and traceable documentation of the planned and executed measures Coordination of dates for preventive maintenance with production Timely initiation of measures, especially regarding quality- and safety-relevant system parts Analysis and investigation of damage events for future avoidance (Reliability Engineering) Support of maintenance managers and technicians in maintaining device documentation, manuals, specifications, drawings, and other documents in paper and electronic form What you bring Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) Specialization: Polymechanic, automation technician, electrician, mechanic, or training considered equivalent Professional experience: Several years of experience in maintenance planning Further training as a maintenance technician with Federal Certificate (advantageous) or technician LEAN qualification with proof of performance Broad-based specialist knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics in an industrial production environment, preferably in food production Knowledge of legal requirements regarding safety and food hygiene Analytical and networked thinking Practical, solution-oriented, and proactive approach Team player, strong communication skills, and confident in negotiations High degree of independence, initiative, and resilience German (C1) English (B1) French (ADVANTAGEOUS) What we offer you Maternity leave / Paternity leave: 18 weeks paid maternity leave / 8 weeks paternity leave (4 weeks paid and 4 weeks unpaid) Mobile subscription: Top prices on mobile, TV, and internet subscriptions at Galaxus, Sunrise, or Wingo Occupational pension scheme: Comprehensively covered in the Migros pension fund - with first-class and attractive benefits Social benefits: 730 days of daily sickness benefit at full net salary Catering: Balanced lunch menu/buffet in the staff restaurant for max.
