Your mission

On behalf of one of our clients, a banking institution firmly established in the Valais region and recognized for the quality of its customer relations, we are looking for a Customer Advisor to strengthen its team in Crans-Montana. Your role: You act as a trusted contact person for a demanding private clientele. Through your expertise, your sense of analysis, and your professional posture, you offer personalized and sustainable support, based on precision, confidentiality, and performance. Your responsibilities: - Manage and develop a portfolio of private clients - Analyze the overall financial situation of clients and propose tailor-made solutions - Advise rigorously regarding accounts, savings, pension, and financing - Identify development opportunities while respecting a qualitative approach - Guarantee impeccable follow-up of files and compliant documentation - Strictly apply regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards - Collaborate closely with internal specialists in order to offer high value-added advice

Your profile
