Dosimetrist / Dosimetrist Radiotherapy Zürich 80-100%

In radiation planning, you calculate and optimize radiation plans and ensure that the prescribed dose lies precisely in the target volume and that the surrounding tissue is spared. In a radiotherapy center in Zürich, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as a Dosimetristin or Dosimetrist with a workload of 80 – 100 %. You create the radiation plans in close coordination with medical physics and radio-oncology, perform plan verifications, and work interdisciplinary with doctors, physics, and radiology professionals. What awaits you in this challenging task • Independent creation of radiation plans using modern methods such as 3D, IMRT, and VMAT • Performance and coordination of dosimetric verifications up to monthly controls on linear accelerators and planning CT • Close cooperation with radio-oncologists and medical physicists • Support and further development of radiation concepts and therapy processes • Technical support in the field of the radiotherapy network as well as participation in maintenance • Participation in clinical operations as well as support in the patient workflow if required • Involvement in the training of students in the field of radiology professionals What you bring with you • Completed training as a Dosimetristin or Dosimetrist or several years of experience as a Dipl. Radiologiefachfrau or Dipl.
