Head of Development for the Transport Police

What you can set in motion. • As Head of Development, you drive the evolution of the Transport Police and support management in implementing the strategy to ensure a high level of security for travelers and working conditions that promote employee engagement. • You identify, analyze, and anticipate developments in the police field and related sectors, then translate them into concrete and sustainable measures for the organization. • You are responsible for managing the project portfolio. In this capacity, you plan, drive, and prioritize all ongoing and upcoming projects. • You lead sub-projects or complex projects, actively participate in their implementation, and advise management on police and security issues. • You evaluate, in collaboration with specialized departments, the tools and systems intended for operational forces and drive their implementation. What you bring. • You demonstrate initiative and federating leadership. You know how to develop collaborations beyond units and adapt your communication to interlocutors of all levels. • You have excellent analytical and reflective skills and know how to turn ideas into concrete actions in a structured and pragmatic way. • You maintain an overall vision, even in the face of a wide range of files, and can quickly structure information in a clear and understandable manner. • You hold a university or HES degree and have completed continuing education in strategy, project management, or innovation management. You also have experience in driving development-focused organizational development and achieving results. • You have experience in project and program management, change management, strategic development, and digitization. You know how to lead projects to implementation with a constant focus on results. • You master French or German at level C2 and have good knowledge of the other language (level B2).
