Real Estate Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Independent management of a real estate portfolio in Basel and the surrounding area
• Inspection and handover of rental properties upon re-rental
• Organization and execution of initial rentals as well as management of lease and rent changes
• Coordination of minor repairs and renovations, obtaining quotes
• Contact person for owners, tenants, authorities, tradespeople, and caretakers
• Checking and posting accounts payable invoices
• Supporting accounting with heating and ancillary cost statements

Your profile

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management and/or several years of experience in an adequate position as a property manager
• Good IT understanding,
• Proficient in using MS-Office (Abacus is an advantage)
• Native German, good English skills
• Flexible, resilient, and winning personality
• Good manners and professional appearance
• Strong service and customer orientation
• High social competence
• Workload: 80-100%
