In this role, you will inspire our customers in the Taste Gallery for the high-quality kitchen and laundry appliances from Electrolux and AEG, present special features, advise on the selection of accessories, and ensure an inspiring environment through creative and seasonal design of the showroom. Furthermore, you are responsible for the administrative management of cooking courses (online) and thus contribute significantly to an all-around first-class customer experience. Additionally, you support events, undertake varied administrative tasks, and work closely with Sales, Tech Center, and Service Centers. In short, you ensure that every visit to the Taste Gallery becomes unforgettable. Location: Volketswil Employment: Fixed-term until 30. June 2027 with option for continued employment Workload: 100% (working days: Tuesday to Saturday) Start: Immediately or by arrangement Tasks Inspiring customers: Advising our clientele in the Taste Gallery (showroom) on the selection and application of high-quality kitchen and laundry appliances from the brands Electrolux and AEG. Presenting appliance highlights: As a Taste Gallery Consultant, you convince our clientele with your expertise. You present the special features of our high-quality kitchen and laundry appliances and provide competent advice on questions regarding accessories and spare parts. With your specialist knowledge, you create trust and contribute to a first-class customer experience. Administrative coordination & process assurance: Completion of all administrative work in connection with customer inquiries, statistics, and documentation, as well as ensuring internal processes such as inventory management. Working cross-functionally: Close cooperation with Sales, Tech Center, specialist consultancy, and Service Center for a smooth process. Managing Taste Gallery: Creative design of the gallery with seasonal decoration, pastry and herb arrangements, to create an inviting customer experience. Supporting events: Assistance with specialist consultancy assignments, menu printing, beverage orders, and organization of additional cleanings.
