Missions As part of the development of its industrial activities, our client is looking for an Industrialization & Industrial Performance Project Manager. You play a central role in the optimization of production processes and the deployment of new industrial means. Your main responsibilities: Lead industrialization projects for new products, from their launch to their production implementation. Define and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, costs, and lead times. Develop and maintain the technical documentation necessary for production activities. Participate in prototyping, testing, and industrial validation phases. Analyze malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions. Conduct continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity and overall performance. Perform technical monitoring and propose innovative solutions to modernize production means. Collect workshop needs and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the follow-up of automation and equipment modernization projects. Candidate Profile Higher technical education of engineer type or equivalent. Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in an industrial environment (ideally the luxury sector). Solid skills in industrialization, methods, technical project management, and continuous improvement. Good mastery of Lean tools and process optimization approaches. Knowledge of ERP systems and design or technical drawing tools. Ability to lead cross-functional projects involving several interlocutors. Analytical mind and ability to solve complex problems. Strong result orientation and performance improvement. Autonomy, rigor, and sense of organization. Excellent communication skills and ability to unite teams around evolution projects.
