Your tasks

• Accompanying and supporting residents in their everyday coping, personal development, and in crisis situations, as well as promoting their independence and personal responsibility
• Taking on key worker duties
• Independent planning, organization, and prioritization of the tasks arising
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialists
• Taking on evening, weekend, and individual on-call night shifts

Your profile

• Completed training in Social Pedagogy FH/HF, Specialist in Care (FaBe), or Psychiatric Nurse HF
• Professional experience in the socio-psychiatric field
• Joy in accompanying young adults in challenging life situations
• Independent, responsible, and resilient way of working
• Appreciative attitude as well as strong social and communication skills
• Humor, composure, and a positive basic attitude in everyday work
