To strengthen our dynamic "Social Media Services" team, we are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn person for the position mentioned above, starting immediately or by agreement, at the site d-Ostermundigen/BE or Vernier/GE:

What you can accomplish ##

• Management and development of our communities on social networks, including comment management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
• Trend monitoring as well as analysis of community activities with reporting
• Performing SEO/GEO/AEO analyses: identification of relevant keywords and themes and formulation of action recommendations
• Support for the team in content creation and social media management (e.g., translations, video ideas)
• Ideally, availability to participate, depending on qualification and motivation, as an extra and/or host in front of the camera in social media videos

To succeed in your integration ##

• Completed training in a field relevant to the position (ideally Bachelor/Master)
• Experience in community moderation with professional management of feedback and criticism
• Experience in social media management with mastery of tools
• Knowledge or strong interest in Social SEO, GEO and AEO
• Very good linguistic sensitivity and secure writing for different audiences - with or without AI assistance
• Autonomous and structured work with great personal initiative
• Very good knowledge of German and French (one language at C2 level, the other at a very good level)
