Project: For a strategic, multi-year digitalization initiative in banking, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Business Engineer. The focus is on building a scalable, modular platform for digital customer processes.

Your focus lies on the end-to-end conception and optimization of digital onboarding and product opening processes for corporate customers. You translate functional and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable processes and work closely with UX, IT architecture, development, compliance, and the business departments.

Tasks:

• Analysis and optimization of existing onboarding and product opening processes
• Conception of end-to-end target processes for corporate customers
• Gathering of requirements as well as development of functional concepts and business requirements
• Modeling of target processes, e.g., with BPMN, including variants and decision logics
• Consideration of corporate customer-specific requirements and different legal forms
• Functional conception of the integration of identification, KYC/AML, risk assessment, digital signatures, and document processes
• Close cooperation with UX, IT architecture, development, compliance, and business stakeholders
• Support in variant decisions as well as in the assessment of business impact, risks, and effort
• Participation in the construction of reusable and modular process building blocks for further digital journeys

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Engineer, ideally in Digital Banking or a comparable banking environment
• Experience in the conception and optimization of digital onboarding and/or product opening processes
• Ideally experience with corporate customers / Corporate Banking
• Good knowledge of KYC, AML, GWG, or comparable regulatory requirements in banking
• Experience with business and requirements engineering as well as E2E process conception
• Experience in process modeling, e.g., BPMN
• Confident handling of different stakeholders from business, UX, IT, and compliance
• Structured, analytical way of working and the ability to formulate complex functional requirements in an understandable and implementable manner
