HVAC Technical Office Manager (M/F)

For one of our clients, an established player in the field of technical building installations, we are looking for an HVAC Manager to strengthen their team.

Your responsibilities

• Lead HVAC projects from the study phase to their completion
• Supervise project estimation and ensure the preparation of offers
• Control and validate cost calculations, measurements, and budgets
• Ensure the technical, financial, and administrative management of projects
• Prepare offers and guarantee their profitability
• Manage and develop client contacts, from identifying needs to project follow-up
• Be the primary contact for clients and ensure regular relationship follow-up
• Identify needs and opportunities within existing clients
• Participate in the acquisition of new clients and business development
• Coordinate different stakeholders: clients, suppliers, architects, engineers, and assembly teams
• Plan and organize work, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines and quality requirements
• Supervise and support teams working on construction sites
• Ensure compliance with standards, technical specifications, and safety rules

Your profile

• Technical training in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in managing HVAC projects in Switzerland
• Excellent knowledge of the Fribourg economic fabric and regional players
• Established professional network in the canton of Fribourg, particularly with clients, general contractors, engineering offices, and construction sector players
• Experience in estimation and the preparation of HVAC offers
• Good technical knowledge of HVAC installations
• Experience in construction site management and coordination of different stakeholders
• Ease in managing and developing client relationships
• Ease in the financial and administrative follow-up of projects
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and initiative
• Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial sense, and customer orientation
• Proficiency in French
